Are Collegiate products officially licensed?

Yes! Uscape Apparel is a licensed manufacturer of collegiate apparel and holds licenses with over 200 institutions. Designs have been approved by each respective university. Buying an officially licensed product ensures that it meets the high standards set by schools, and that a portion of each sale goes back to your school.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days!

 

What is your return policy?

You may return new, unworn merchandise, in its original condition, within 15 days of receipt for store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the reason for return is the result of our error or manufacturing defect.

Please email info@uscapeapparel.com before shipping your return; include your order number and the reason for the exchange.

What if I don't see my school?

We're a wholesaler to over 500 college bookstores across the country! You can see our schools/retailer partners HERE to see if they carry Uscape!

  

Do you do group discounts or custom orders?

Yes, email us and we'll be happy to give you a discount (minimum of 48 pieces). We also do custom orders for 48 pieces or more. Email your inquiry to info@uscapeapparel.com.
